In that matter, Jakala recruits its first employees, the strong base for building the French office – thrilled to part of this entrepreneurial project, ambitious to participate in creating a new local referent.

Descriptif du poste

By becoming a #Jakaler in France today you embark on an exciting project : 

  1. Design, build and deliver expertise initially related to conversion rate optimisation 
  • You participate to clients' projects solutioning and delivery with the team 

  • You contribute to strengthening Jakala’s recognition as expert in the field of CRO 

  • You train team members, learn from them and think ahead to identify the next innovations and trends to invest on 

  • You analyse digital journeys and user behavior analysis, putting forward optimization and personalization hypotheses 

  • You participate in the development and organization of CRO workshops for our clients 

  • You model and prioritise test hypotheses in a roadmap 

  • You write technical and functional specifications for the development of tests and personalizations 

  • You oversee the development of tests, considering all graphic, technical, and tracking constraints 

  • You establish development and QA (quality assurance) monitoring processes 

  • You perform analysis of A/B tests or personalization campaigns 

  1. Grow a team and a culture 
  • You build a team around you, attract talents and aim higher so we can reach critical mass and address our clients' largest challenges 

  • You are critical in setting the culture of Jakala in France so the next generations of #Jakalers feel the SCOPI vibe when they get in touch with anyone in the team

Profil recherché

Postgraduates’ degree in Business School with a specialisation in digital marketing, data or/and consulting or university equivalent, you have at least 4 years of experience in analytics and/or CRO, and as well proven experience in consulting or project management.  

  • You have a strong knowledge of web architecture & culture, you are passionate about digital and data and attracted by consulting 

  • You have experience in project management, good organizational and prioritization skills 

  • You have the ability to share your knowledge and know-how with both internal and external clients 

  • You have experience in tracking implementation and using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Piano Analytics 

  • You have experience in conversion rate optimisation, especially in conducting ad hoc analysis for our client and formulating recommendations for setting up A/B Testing and Personalization campaigns  

  • You are rigorous, problem-solving oriented and like challenges 

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English

Process de recrutement

The basic process is rather typical:

  • 1 interview with the talent acquisition team, focused on cultural fit and your objectives

  • 1 meeting with an expert in your field, focused on assessing your competencies and fit with the team

  • 1 final discussion with one of the Managing Partners
